NEEDS ASSESSMENT FRAMEWORK

This framework was designed to be adaptable to local contexts and applied to assess a country's capacity to implement high-standard protocols for handling and management of confiscated live wildlife (in terms of health, safety, welfare, appropriate disposition, and future case prosecution), and to conduct effective live wildlife trade crime scene investigation
